Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

WalletWhisper is provided by the developer as a personal finance companion for tracking expenses, reviewing spending, and receiving optional AI-powered help. This Privacy Policy explains what information WalletWhisper collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Guest Sessions and Account Sync

You can use WalletWhisper as a guest or sign in with supported account providers. Guest access uses a random guest session identifier stored on your device and on the server. If you delete the app, clear app storage, or the guest session expires, a new guest session may be created and previous guest data may no longer be available from that device. Signing in allows WalletWhisper to associate your data with an account for sync and recovery.

Local Storage

WalletWhisper stores some information on your device, such as session identifiers, authentication tokens, onboarding status, and selected preferences. Server-backed information, including expenses, profile settings, daily allowance, monthly income, AI settings, and account-linked data, may also be stored in WalletWhisper's backend systems.

Third-Party Services

WalletWhisper may use trusted service providers to operate the app. These include Microsoft Azure for hosting, database storage, diagnostics, and monitoring; OpenAI for voice transcription, receipt and expense parsing, categorization, and AI insights; RevenueCat for subscription management; and Apple or Google for sign-in, purchases, and platform services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to WalletWhisper.

AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features, relevant input such as audio recordings, voice transcripts, receipt images or extracted receipt details, expense information, currency preferences, budget settings, and coach preferences may be sent to AI service providers to produce the requested result. AI insights can be disabled in Settings; when disabled, WalletWhisper does not request AI spending insights, although voice logging or receipt scanning still use AI if you choose to use those features. Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for expense tracking.

Data Sharing

The developer does not sell your personal information. Your information is shared only with service providers needed to operate WalletWhisper, comply with law, protect the service, or fulfill a request you make.

Retention and Deletion

WalletWhisper keeps your information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account sync, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete your account or guest data from Settings, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting aividaapp@outlook.com.

Security

WalletWhisper uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so the developer cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, or delete personal information. To make a request, contact aividaapp@outlook.com.

Children

WalletWhisper is not intended for children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
